Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Culture for Design brings over 23 years of Human Resources and executive leadership experience across diverse industries. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading strategic people initiatives and organizational transformation.
A Colorado State University alumna with a background in Psychology and Ethnic Studies, she also completed the Executive Management Program at Texas Christian University. She is a certified DEI Practitioner through the National Diversity Council and has held multiple executive HR leadership roles, including Chair of a tri-state committee.
She is deeply committed to mentoring emerging professionals, advancing inclusive workplace practices, and driving culture-focused business outcomes. In addition to her corporate leadership, she serves as an elected municipal board member, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community impact and governance.
